# PRIVACY POLICY.

## Data collected

This site collects data only through the “Start a project” form: name, company, email address, phone, project type, market, city, preferred date, indicative budget, expected audience and message.

No user account, no payment and no sensitive data are collected.

## Purpose

This information is used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

## Form processing

Messages are transmitted by a third-party form delivery service, then received by email by the Eclypsis team.

Retention: requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the project, then archived or deleted.

## Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SM46121WHY) to understand how pages are used: pages viewed, referrer, device type. IP addresses are anonymised.

This measurement sets cookies placed by Google. No advertising cookies, no retargeting and no resale of data are used.

You can opt out by enabling do-not-track in your browser, or by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

If the site addresses an audience covered by the GDPR, a consent banner must gate these cookies: this point is to be reviewed by counsel before going live.
